Step 1: Lock your team identity
Before any design work, nail down the essentials: your exact team colors (ideally as specific color codes), your primary logo in a high-resolution file, and any secondary marks or wordmarks. Consistent colors and a clean logo file are the foundation of a sharp uniform — if you only have a low-res logo, our designers can help recreate it.
Step 2: Choose your garments
Decide what you are outfitting: game jerseys, reversibles, shorts or bottoms, warmups, socks, bags, and spirit wear. Think about the full package your program needs for the season so everything matches and you order efficiently.
Step 3: Pick a decoration method
For full-color, all-over designs, choose dye sublimation. For simple, bold logos in bulk, screen printing is cost-effective. For hats and premium coaches’ gear, embroidery is the move. Your design and your budget usually point clearly to one method — and you can mix them across a package.
Step 4: Design the layout
Now the fun part: placement of the logo, striping and color blocking, sponsor marks, and the style and position of numbers and names. Keep player numbers large and readable from a distance, make sure names fit your longest roster name, and leave room for any league-required marks.
