Contract Printing Criteria

  1. Association with a Retail Apparel Company:
    You must be affiliated with or employed by a company engaged in the sale or resale of printed apparel at the retail level.
  2. Valid Business License:
    Provide evidence of a valid business license to establish the legitimacy of your enterprise.
  3. Reseller Certificate for Tax Exemption:
    Furnish a reseller certificate to exempt your orders from sales tax.

What Contract Customers Should Be Aware Of

  1. Screen Print Basics:
    A fundamental understanding of the screen printing process is essential.
  2. Underbase” Consideration:
    Comprehend when and if an “underbase” is necessary for your designs.
  3. Pricing Competency:
    Be proficient in accurately pricing orders based on our current price list. We do not provide custom quotes; all prices are directly derived from our standard price list.
  4. Ink Types Awareness:
    Familiarize yourself with the differences between Plastisol and Water Based inks.
  5. Proper Apparel Handling:
    Ensure that all blank apparel is either delivered to our location or shipped, with a purchase order number on each box. Failure to provide valid purchase orders can extend production timelines.
  6. Valid Purchase Orders with Artwork:
    Submit a complete and signed purchase order for each order, along with the corresponding artwork. Incomplete or unsigned purchase orders will be rejected.

Production Initiation Requirements

Please note that the production timeline commences only when we have the following elements in place:

  • Complete and Signed Purchase Order Submitted
  • Print-Ready Artwork
  • Apparel On-Site

Artwork Specifications

  1.  Artwork to Scale: Artwork submissions must be to-scale.
  2. Sizing in Accordance with Apparel Styles and Sizes: Ensure that artwork sizes align with the style and sizes of the apparel.
  3. Color Matching: Art files should be clearly labeled. You will need to provide us with pantone colors if f specific pantone colors are required. In the absence of specific Pantone selections, we will reference the closest match.

Accepted File Formats

We accept the following file formats for artwork submissions:

  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
  • PDF (Portable Document Format)
  • PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
  • DCS 2.0 (Desktop Color Separations)
